How to get started

Text messages help you stay informed with checkup reminders, important help information, benefit details and more. You may already be getting text messages from us. But if you aren't or recently changed phone numbers, you'll need to opt in first.

  • Click the button below to sign up for texts.
  • Start to get texts from us. Most messages will include a link that takes you to a personalized channel with more info.

Just make sure to tap the link in each text within 72 hours. Once you’re in your personalized channel, you can scroll through your message history to find older messages.
